Session H3: June 25-30, 2018
This week is packed full of activity! Campers will spend time in the classroom and pool as they work to earn their lifeguarding certification. Successful completion of the swim test, written exam, and lifesaving skills demonstration are required for certification. A lifeguard class is rigorous, so we'll send required pre-camp course work ahead of time. At camp, there will be classroom sessions and in-pool skill work each day. But it's not all work and no play; kayaking, tubing, and worshipping on the beach are in store for this week spent grown in community.
Note: The Red Cross requires that participants be 15 years of age or older by the end of the session (June 30) to be considered for certification.
