Our Hospitality Team is trained each season on how to best assist groups during their stay. Whether it’s holding a door, greeting your group, or assisting you during your retreat, our team is excited to welcome you as you find GENEVA to be a place of rest, fun, growth, and building community.
Interested in joining the Hospitality Team for retreat season beginning in the fall of 2017?
The Retreat Ministry Hospitality Host position is designed for college-age candidates. It seeks to provide experiences in Christian growth, hands-on camping ministry and personal development opportunities.The Host will commit to the retreat ministry season which runs from late August, beginning with staff orientation, through May.
The Hospitality Host Team will be responsible for representing GENEVA in greeting guests and meeting needs of our retreat groups during weeknights and weekends on a rotating team schedule.On-site housing will be provided in exchange for this role. In addition, the Hospitality Host Team will be provided meals anytime we are serving retreat groups. Occasional part-time employment may be available in program, maintenance, housekeeping, or office support.
Three positive references and a clear background check must be completed prior to employment.
