Looking for a unique spot for your wedding and reception?
GENEVA offers a beautiful option on the shores of Lake Michigan. At various times of the year we can offer our Chapel or beach for a wedding ceremony. And our Lakeview Picnic Pavilion can serve as an outdoor wedding reception option for a more relaxed atmosphere.
Our Chapel can can be available from April through August each year at alternate times to our Summer Camp and Retreat Season. We can provide the Chapel for December weddings as well.
GENEVA has 1200 feet of of beach frontage and offers a wonderful setting for a ceremony on the shoreline during May through August. Our Lakeview Picnic Pavilion can also be available during that same time for a reception.

Policies
- All reservations for the months of June, July and August would be accepted on or after November 1st for the following summer. April, May and December reservations can be made at any time.
- All facility decorating and necessary deliveries would need to take place on the day of the wedding/reception.
- All items brought in by the wedding party would need to be removed/picked up on the same day as the event.
- For Beach weddings, guests would need to provide their own chairs.
- There would not be a sound system or electrical access available on the beach, so guests would be responsible to bring in their own portable sound system.
- During June, July and August the time frame for site availability would vary depending on our Summer Camp Program.
- A confirmed reservation would require a signed contract and paid rental fees. Any Food Services supplied to the group would be invoiced after the completion of the event.
On-Site Guidelines
- GENEVA will absolutely not allow any Alcohol, Drugs, Fireworks, or Firearms on our site.
- We do not allow pets of any kind on site.
- If your group is responsible for damages to the GENEVA facility, the cost of repairs for damages or excessive clean up will be the responsibility of your group at the time of invoicing.
- When using the beach, we ask guests to use the stairway access only.
- When consuming food/beverages, please use receptacles provided at the site for disposal.
- Our site is shared with other guests, so we ask all guests to be respectful of other groups who will also be using the site.
- We do enforce an 11:00 pm noise curfew on our site.
