My favorite passage of scripture is:

1 Corinthians 13:4-7: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

There are so many parts to the single word of love. If I claim love, my actions need to include all areas of love.

God has called us to love others. In order to love others, we need to show them all of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, not just parts of it. Every day choose a new way to learn to love others better.
