Camp Geneva has a variety of scholarship funds which have been set up to provide help for campers who cannot afford the full registration fee. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of need and, as a general rule, do not exceed one-third of the camp fee.

• When you register, simply check the box that indicates you want to apply for a scholarship. We only require a deposit of $100.00 to hold your spot and you may use the cheaper “pay in full” fee when you complete the worksheet on the registration form.
  
  
• Once we receive your registration, we will send you a scholarship application form. We ask how much of the total cost you are able to pay and we ask you to briefly explain the circumstances which lead you to request scholarship help. We don’t ask for your income, but just a brief description of why you are applying for a scholarship.
  
  
• Then we ask that you send the form through your church. The church is asked to verify that there is a financial need, and indicate if they are able to help with the registration cost. If you don’t have a home church, send the form directly back to GENEVA.
  
  
• When the scholarship application form is returned to us, our scholarship committee determines the amount of your scholarship.
  
  
• We send you a letter letting you know the amount and the balance due, if any. You have until May 1 to pay the balance.
