We understand the shifting economic situations that families face these days. The cutbacks and uncertainties we face are difficult things to adjust to and reordering our priorities and lives can be traumatic. We want you to know that we are attempting to beef up our scholarship resources so that we can help more families this year than we've been able to in the past as camp may be more critical for kids than ever. Sometimes giving kids a positive camp experience in the midst of family uncertainty is an important commitment to make.
We don't want any child to miss out on this potentially life-changing opportunity because of cost. In order to address financial concerns, we've outlined ways to make camp accessible for EVERYONE.
Payment Options
1. Option 1: Pay in full by check or credit/debit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
2. Option 2: Payment Plan using credit/debit card. There is a $15 payment fee if you choose this option.
- Deposit: Minimum of $100, must accompany the registration form.
- Balance: 1/3 of balance will automatically be charged to your card on April 15, May 15, and June 15.
- Note: If you register after one of these dates, your balance will be evenly divided so your balance is paid in full June 15.

Scholarships
Camp Geneva has a variety of scholarship funds which have been set up to provide help for campers who cannot afford the full registration fee. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of need and, as a general rule, do not exceed one-third of the camp fee.
Here’s how the scholarship application process works:
If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please print a Scholarship Application Form and mail it along with your registration form. If you register online, you'll have the opportunity to fill out the Scholarship Application as part of the online registration process.
When the Scholarship Application Form is returned to us, our scholarship committee will determine the amount of your scholarship.
We will send you a letter letting you know the amount of the scholarship and the balance due, if any, along with payment options.
