Registration brochures:

Each year in the first week of January, we mail two summer camp brochures to every camper from the previous summer (the extra one is for a friend). We also mail one brochure to every family who had a camper here in either of the two years prior to that. Summer brochures are also mailed to most local churches (all denominations), so if you aren't on our mailing list, you can probably pick one up at your church. You can also request a brochure by emailing GENEVA or calling 616-399-3150 or 800-805-0808.

How to register:

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE WEEK YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR!

  • Register by mail - may pay either with a credit or debit card or with a check.

  • Register online - Online registration

Registration Information
  • No registrations will be accepted by phone.
  • Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are open to everyone regardless of race or national origin.
  • Each camper must register on a separate form.
  • To accommodate as many children as possible, registration is limited to one session per child.
  • Register according to the grade ENTERING in the fall.
  • Please complete all sections of the form. Incomplete information may delay your registration.

  • Payment Options:

    • Option 1 - pay in full
    • Option 2 - pay half with registration, half later:
      • If you choose to pay just half of the fee at the time you register, you will need to add an additional $15 in the appropriate line on the camp fee worksheet. We will send you a bill for the balance in April and the balance must be paid by May 1. Note: An additional $20 late fee will be added for any camp fees not received by May 1. Registrations not paid in full by June 1 risk being cancelled unless special arrangements are made with the registrar.

  • Pre-ordered Items:
While it is possible to pre-order Punch Cards and/or DVDs later (prior to June 1), we recommend that you order them with your original registration due to our new $25.00 minimum credit card policy).

    • T-shirts: Each camper will receive a free t-shirt designed specifically for their camp...more info...

    • Punch Cards:
Punch Cards, as an alternative to cash, are offered for Shores and Pines campers. Punch cards are preprinted with the camper's name, are worn all week as their name tag, and may be used for store purchases....more info...

    • DVDs:
Relive the memories of camp all year with a video of your week at GENEVA. Each Shores and Pines camp session we'll produce a DVD highlighting the fun and some of the events of the week. You can purchase a copy of the DVD to take home showing all the memories and people who made it such a great experience. Pre-ordered price $10.00; ordered after camp $12.00.

  • Voluntary Scholarship Contribution:
Even though GENEVA subsidizes approximately 20% of the camp registration fee, many families need assistance in order to send their children. If you’d like to contribute to the scholarship fund to provide this experience for others, you may add a voluntary contribution to your registration fee.

  • Financial Aid:

    • If you are a member of a Reformed church which assists with camp fees, ask your church for a "GENEVA camp fee assistance voucher". Instructions for using the voucher either online or with a registration form will be printed on the voucher. GENEVA will bill the church for their portion.

    • Scholarship funds are available to participants needing financial assistance. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to receive an application for a scholarship...more info...

  • Refund Policy:
Refunds will be given if requested at least 7 days before your week of camp. If you cancel less than 7 days before your week of camp, refunds will be given only for medical reasons or a family emergency. All refunds are subject to a $35 administrative fee.

  • Bunkmate Requests:

    • Campers who wish to be bunkmates must send their registration forms in the same envelope and list each other as bunkmates.

    • We will be assigning bunks to keep you together, so please request just one "bunkmate" (campers may not request additional "cabin mates").

    • If it isn't possible to mail bunkmates’ registration forms in the same envelope, or if one or both of them are registering online, we will do our best to match them up so it's very important that they both list each other as bunkmates.

    • We encourage campers to request a bunkmate in the same grade (or only one grade different) as we try to group cabins by age level.

    • Campers who sign up alone will be assigned another single camper as a bunkmate.

    • Campers who try to register with someone who already has a bunkmate will be assigned another single camper as a bunkmate.

  • Confirmations: Every camper who registers before mid-April will receive two confirmations. Late registrants will only receive the final confirmation.

      • Initial confirmation: Within three weeks after you register, you will receive a confirmation indicating the week you are registered for and your balance due, if any. If you have a balance due, it must be received by May 1.

      • Final confirmation: In May everyone will receive a confirmation which will include directions to Camp Geneva, what to bring, check-in and check-out details and other pertinent information.

      • Confirmation information can also be viewed on our website by clicking here
