Registration brochures:

Each year in the first week of January, we mail two summer camp brochures to every camper from the previous summer (the extra one is for a friend). We also mail one brochure to every family who had a camper here in either of the two years prior to that. Summer brochures are also mailed to most local churches (all denominations), so if you aren't on our mailing list, you can probably pick one up at your church. You can also request a brochure by emailing GENEVA or calling  616.399.3150 or 800.805.0808.

  • Voluntary Scholarship Contribution:
GENEVA subsidizes approximately 20% of the camp registration fee, yet many families still need assistance to send their children to camp. If you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund to provide this experience for others, you may add a voluntary contribution to your registration fee. We will send a receipt for your contribution.

  • Financial Aid:

    • If you are a member of a Reformed church which assists with camp fees, ask your church for a "GENEVA camp fee assistance voucher". Instructions for redeeming the voucher will be included on the voucher. GENEVA will bill the church for their portion.

    • Scholarship funds are available to campers (regardless of denomination affiliation) who need financial assistance. More information on our scholarship program.

  • Refund Policy:
Refunds will be given if requested at least 14 days before your week of camp. If you cancel less than 14 days before your week of camp, refunds will be given only for medical reasons or a family emergency. All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Bunkmate Requests:

    • Campers who wish to be bunkmates should list each other as bunkmates, either on the registration form or in the online registration, and we will assign them to the same bunk to keep them together. If both campers are mailing a registration form, they should be mailed in the same envelope when possible.

    • We will be assigning bunks to keep you together, so please request just one "bunkmate" (campers may not request additional "cabin mates").

    • We encourage campers to request a bunkmate in the same grade (or only one grade different) as we try to group cabins by age level.

    • Campers who sign up alone will be assigned another single camper as a bunkmate.

    • Campers who try to register with someone who already has a bunkmate will be assigned another single camper as a bunkmate.

  • Confirmations/Camp Packets: Every camper who registers before mid-April will receive a confirmation and a camp packet. Late registrants will only receive the camp packet. Both the confirmation of week and camp packet will be emailed (if you gave us an email address).

      • Confirmation of week: Within two weeks after you register, you will receive a confirmation indicating the week you are registered for.

      • Camp Packet: In May everyone will receive a confirmation which will include directions to Camp Geneva, what to bring, check-in and check-out details and other pertinent information.
