  • A guest rooming list is provided. The completed list of names and lodging assignments must be received in our office no later than 7 days prior to retreat date.
  • An agenda that has been established by the group is required to be received in our office one week prior to the retreat for scheduling purposes.
  • The sponsoring group will be responsible for registration of guests at their designated meeting site.
  • Groups will be invoiced after their retreat.
  • GENEVA is a totally smoke-free facility and has a no-alcohol policy.
  • Pets of any kind are not permitted.

  • Check-in for early set up can be up to three hours prior to the scheduled beginning time of a group’s first meeting session. Earlier check-in will require additional fees.
  • Check-out is three hours after the group's last meal. (GENEVA reserves the option of requesting an early checkout of lodging rooms when necessary for housekeeping to prepare for the next group arrival.)
  • Rates subject to change, though advance notice will be given.
  • Non-exempt accounts will be assessed a 6% Michigan Sales Tax on rooms and meals at time of invoicing.

  • If it is necessary for GENEVA to cancel a retreat date, a full refund will be given.
