GENEVA Camp & Retreat Center - Pines Meeting Areas

Private meeting areas of varying sizes to provide a comfortable setting for large and small groups. A diverse selection of audio-visual equipment from flip charts to video projection is available to meet presentation needs. The GENEVA staff can also be available for other support services that may be needed. Program Staff is available to lead team-building initiatives and challenge activities.

Church and non-profit organizations will receive a 20% discount on meeting room rates.

Note: For overnight groups, there is no charge for ONE meeting area. Additional meeting areas requested will require an additional rental fee on a per-day rental basis.

The Lodge

Adjacent to the Dining/Registration facility and connected by a covered walkway is The Lodge. This large meeting area is enhanced by a cozy fireplace. The Lodge is comfortably appointed and offers flexibility in meeting room setup needs.

Activity Center

Across the patio from The Lodge, the Activity Center offers a splendid view of the lake and is another large gathering area conducive to providing a host of options for your next retreat.

Cabin Gathering Areas

These areas are great if your group is looking for a smaller, more intimate setting. One cabin in each of the 4 cabin clusters has a gathering area large enough for 30. Each of the other 3 cabins in the cluster have a gathering area large enough for 11.
