7th - 9th grades

This overnight camp is orchestrated around challenge activities like the 40-foot climbing tower, the blob, and the zipline, all led by dynamic college-age summer staff! Not only will you be challenged in making your faith your own, but you will also be challenged in the many crazy fun activities you'll be doing here!

When was the last time you could hear your heart beating in intense anticipation? Imagine sitting on the end of the blob listening to footsteps as they get closer to launching you into the water, waiting on the edge of the zip line preparing to embark on a 500-foot thrill ride into the lake below, or swinging four stories high on the climbing tower. This is just a glimpse into THE GAME at GENEVA Pines.

Counselors will be there to join you as you GET IN THE GAME. Let’s face it. That’s the real reason you come. The counselors are high-flying, crazy-acting, and rocking to the tune of Jesus Christ. They will walk alongside you as you grow in your love for Christ through Bible study, hear challenging messages from our chaplains, and respond in community worship and TAWG (Time Alone With God).

Grab your gear and get ready for the greatest game yet.

The camp fee covers all camp expenses including a theme t-shirt, an 8x10 group photo, and daily arts & crafts materials.

Special Note:
There will be a talent show one night, so plan ahead on what you might want to share!

The Next Level:

June 29-July 3: Worship Leadership Training
Ready to join the counselors up front? Bring your guitar, djembe, bass, voice, or other instrument! We will spend time each day learning how to lead worship and then doing it. We'll work to grow in our skills at playing together, learn some new songs, study how these songs flow from scripture, and how we can use them to lead a group of people into the presence of God. Participants of this group will meet during the interest group time and occasionally during other parts of the day, as well as take an active role in leading the Celebration times with all the campers. Limited to 10 participants; Additional $10.

August 4-9: Golf at Camp Geneva
Combine an experience at GENEVA with developming your golf skills. All skill levels welcome. Bring your clubs or borrow ours. You will spend time each day with our resident golf fanatic. Two days will be spent at a local golf course and the other days on skill development. Golf instruction will occur during the camp interest group time and occasionally during other parts of the day. Limited to 16 participants; Additional $20.
