Luke 9:24: For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it.

This is just a great reminder for me that if I live my life for God instead of myself, I will be saved. God loves me, so I should live my life for Him.

This message can challenge campers to focus their lives on Christ instead of themselves. We cannot save ourselves, but if we put our faith in God and live our lives for Him, He will bless us and through His Son’s sacrifice and through His Son’s blood, we can and will be saved.
