Things you should know:
The online form has many required fields. You’ll want to have all of the information at your fingertips before you begin. We recommend you do the following:
- Make sure you have the following information:
- Know who you want to list as an emergency contact. You'll also need their phone number.
- Know who your camper’s bunkmate or Day Camp buddy is going to be. When you register online, it is especially important that bunkmates list each other so we can match them up.
- Camper’s immunization records.
- Prescription medications (you will have a chance to update this when you drop your child off for camp).
- Family physician’s name and phone number.
- Health insurance company and policy number.
- Credit card number and expiration date. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
- If you don't have a registration form, you may want to print one so you can see all the information that you'll need to have.

Once you submit your online registration, a screen will come up acknowledging that your registration was submitted successfully. You will also receive an acknowledgment via email. Note: This is not a confirmation of your child's week, it just confirms that we received the registration.
Confirmations will be mailed within 3 weeks letting you know what week your child was assigned to. If you have questions at any time during the registration process, you can either email our summer camp registrar or call 616.399.3150 or 800.805.0808.
As you are entering your online registration, please use the "Back" and "Next" buttons at the bottom of each page rather than the "Back" and "Forward" in your browser.
