Introduce your children to Christian camping on the Lake Michigan shoreline! GENEVA's Day Camp program allows campers to enjoy many of the fun activities of camp but still go home at the end of every day. It's a great way to ease into summer camp at a young age, with many of the same experiences: Bible study, arts & crafts, pool time, songs, skits and more!

|
|
|
GENEVA Day Camp is aimed at rooting your child in Christ’s love through the care of dynamic counselors who accompany them through playing fast-paced, large-group games; creating arts & crafts; swimming in the pool and splash park; and running around on the playground. Of course, there will also be plenty of high-energy singing and skits performed by the staff to reinforce the daily small group Bible studies.

The fees for the week cover all the expenses and activities, a day camp T-shirt, arts & crafts, and an 8x10 group photo. Also included are an afternoon snack each day and milk to accompany your child’s lunch. Day campers are asked to bring their own lunch and may pack a morning snack if desired. A refrigerator is available.
If your child is coming with a friend, be sure to write the friend’s name on the registration form under “day camp buddy.” We strongly encourage signing up with a buddy in the same grade (or only one grade different) as we group campers by grade level. Day campers may request more than one buddy.
On the first day of camp check-in is at 9:15 am. The rest of the week campers can be dropped off each day between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and picked up between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS FOR DAY CAMPERS:
Early Drop-off/Breakfast: We recognize that it can be difficult to make your schedule accommodate the Day Camp morning drop-off time of 8:30-9:00 am, so we are offering an early drop-off option that includes breakfast for your child. You may drop your camper off between 7:30-8:00 am at the Day Camp Pavilion and our staff will begin the day with some activities and then head to the Dining Room at 8:00 am for breakfast. They will return to the Pavilion by 8:30 am as the rest of the campers begin arriving. Early drop-off and breakfast will be available Tuesday-Friday for a flat fee of $20/child for the week ($15 for Week D3).
Day Campers may come twice: We will alternate between two Day Camp schedules with different Bible studies, crafts, and activities so Day Campers may sign up for one ODD week and one EVEN week. There are several things you need to know if you are interested in registering for a second week.
- Second week registrations are subject to availability.
- You don’t have to register for two consecutive weeks, just make sure they are different programs. We will run one program on ODD weeks (D1, D3, D5, D7, and D9) and a different program on EVEN weeks (D2, D4, D6, and D8).
- If your child is a 3rd or 4th grader, you may choose an overnight Shores camp as a second week.
- Camp Geneva scholarships and Church Vouchers will only be available for one week; second week registrations are not eligible for this assistance.
- Second week registrations will only be accepted after the first week has been paid in full.
If you have any questions about any of these options, please contact us at geneva@campgeneva.org or 399-3150 or 800-805-0808.
Overnight Option: D4 and D7 for 3rd & 4th graders have an option to stay overnight in a cabin on Thursday night for an additional $20. This is a great opportunity for your child as they prepare for overnight camp next summer. We will provide supper on Thursday and breakfast & lunch on Friday for the day campers who stay overnight. The overnight option will be on a first-come, first-served basis as we have a limited number of beds available.
