2 Corinthians 5:17: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

I love this verse because it is a reminder to me that despite how many times I mess up, God is a merciful God that gives another chance. He forgets the mistakes I’ve made and makes me a "new creation!"

As Christians, we are called to live differently – a life lived for Christ and not ourselves. God helps us with Christ and not ourselves. God helps us iwth this – we get a second chance and become a new creation when we accept Christ into our life. Our challenge comes with this: what will we do with this new creation?
