Are you having a hard time deciding which friend or cousin you want to come to camp with? Do you wish you could come to camp with a group of friends? We've got the answer for you! Fill a cabin or Day Camp group and not only will we put you all together for the week, but you'll get a 10% rebate on your camp fee!
Fill a Cabin (or Day Camp group), get a 10% rebate
- Shores/Pines: Sign up 10 campers for the same week
- Must be same gender
- We will place them all in the same cabin. Note: All campers must still list a bunkmate so we know how to pair them off!
- We will send a rebate equal to 10% of the camp fee after they have attended
- Day Camp: Sign up 8 campers for the same week
- Don't need to be same gender (unless they are coming to one of the overnight weeks).
- Must be same grade level or not more than one grade level apart. See our summer camp schedule. All 8 campers must sign up for the same week number, not just the same dates.
- We will place them all in the same Day Camp group. Note: All campers must still list a buddy so we know how to pair them off!
- We will send a rebate equal to 10% of the camp fee after they have attended
Details:
-
If more than 10 kids sign up who want to be together, we will place the first 10 in a cabin together and any additional campers will be placed near them but be paired off according to our normal policy of allowing each camper to name one bunkmate. For example, if 12 sign up, we will divide them 10 + 2, not 6 + 6. If 16 sign up, we will divide them 10+2+2+2.
-
If one camper cancels, everyone else in the group will forfeit the rebate. If a camper cancels and there is enough time to find a replacement, that is fine as long as the new camper has a completed registration to us no less than one week before your camp week begins.
-
Rebates will not be issued to any campers who registered prior to requesting a code.
-
Rebates will be 10% of the portion of the camp fee that you pay, not including anything covered by church assistance or camp scholarship.
-
Shores/Pines: If more than one camper cancels and the group ends up being 9 or fewer, we will pair them off and place each pair in adjacent cabins and the everyone else in the group will forfeit the rebate. Note: All campers must still list a bunkmate so we know how to pair them off!
-
Day Camp: If more than one camper cancels and the group ends up being 7 or fewer, we will pair off the remaining campers and place them in separate groups and the everyone else in the group will forfeit the rebate. Note: All campers must still list a buddy so we know how to pair them off!
Registration Instructions:
- Call Camp Geneva (616.399.3150 or 800.805.0808) and request a "Bring Friends, Save Money Code" to give to each of the camper parents. Enter the code in the appropriate box in the online registration form (or write it on the form if you mail it in).
Hoping to get a group together but afraid the week you want will fill up?
- No problem! If you go ahead and register your camper and tell us you are working toward a full group/cabin, we will hold spots for the group so you have a little time to find enough to fill the group/cabin. When the week gets close to full, we will call you to tell you that we need the rest of the registrations within a week or so. If you do not end up filling the group/cabin, we will pair them off based on buddy/bunkmate requests and put them in separate groups (Day Camp) or adjacent cabins (Shores & Pines). If a campers decides not to come because the group/cabin was not filled, the $50 cancellation fee will apply.
