1 Thessalonians 1: 4-6: For we know, brothers loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not simply with words, but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and with deep conviction. You know how we lived among you for your sake. You became imitators of us and of the Lord; in spite of severe suffering, you welcomed the message with the joy given by the Holy Spirit.

We are all chosen by God to "Go Out" and fulfill His plan. Not our own plan—but God’s alone. We are chosen to be disciples and learn from the power of teh gospel. The Holy Spirit dwells within us. Let’s not let our talents and gifts go to waste!

I challenge you campers to listen to God’s voice and realize you are chosen to fulfill His plan. Acknowledge His Holy Spirit in everything you do. Imitate the Lord even amongst hardships in your life! We are all called! So go out and fulfill His plan!
